State of the Company Meeting in Düsseldorf
Every three months, Personality Guidance and metaberatung come together in Düsseldorf for our State of the Company Meeting. The goal is to align on our key priorities (“rocks”), set new objectives, strengthen project collaboration, and ensure we continue delivering the best to our clients.
Why do we reunite? Because we share a common leader — Nicole Neubauer. As Hogan distributors in Switzerland, Germany, and Austria, our shared mission is to help clients develop strategic self-awareness, enabling them to reach their highest potential and performance.
Throughout the day, each team member presented their own “rocks,” following the EOS system, which promotes ownership and accountability. Beyond business alignment, the meeting was also about connecting in person, exchanging ideas, and sharing laughter.
Our newest team members also had a photoshoot, and our two four-legged companions, Ginger and Henri, joined us to add an extra touch of warmth and fun.
Of course, no great reunion is complete without great food — thanks to Nils, who reserved a lovely restaurant in Düsseldorf where we could relax, enjoy good food and wine, and simply talk about life.
A big thank you to our Düsseldorf team for the warm welcome and seamless organization. It’s always a pleasure to come together, collaborate, and recharge as one team. After this inspiring day, we’re ready to rock the rest of 2025!

Gestern in Düsseldorf fand unser vierteljährliches State-of the Company-Meeting mit beiden DACH-Teams der metaBeratung – Hogan Distributor und Personality Guidance AG statt. Finanzlage, Prioritäten, Ziele – alles auf dem Tisch.
Jedes Teammitglied hat seine Rocks vorgestellt – klare Meilensteine, die auch zeigen, wie jeder Einzelne zum großen Ganzen beiträgt. Das ist content-creation at its best – ich bin so stolz zu sehen, wie die Motivation, Energie und Ideen in tolle neue Ansätze für unsere Kunden konkret Gestaltung annehmen.
