Hogan assessments and reports are an excellent resource for a variety of business purposes, including:

What are the prerequisites for working with the Hogan?

To work with the Hogan Assessments, the following requirements must be met:

Hogan Certification: Attendance at an official Hogan certification workshop and successful completion of the certification are required. These workshops provide instruction on the fundamentals of the Hogan dimensions (HPI, HDS, MVPI) and their interpretation.Additionally, candidates should possess a fundamental understanding of personality psychology. A fundamental comprehension of personality psychology, particularly the Five Factor Model (FFM), is advantageous.Experience in human resources: Prior experience in HR management, coaching, or consulting is advantageous, as it allows for more effective utilization of the assessments.

How is the Hogan different from other instruments on the market?

Hogan Assessments is a test that measures external image, which is a departure from many other tests that measure self-image. This approach yields more objective results.

What is the BIG FIVE?

The five-factor model, also known as the big five or five-factor model (FFM), is a widely used model in personality psychology. It describes human personality on the basis of five main dimensions:

When and how can I become certified to use the Hogan?

To register for Hogan certification with Personality Guidance, please attend one of our three-day online or in-person certification workshops. These workshops are regularly offered in German, English and French.
