Unlocking Leadership Potential with Femella in Zurich!
Last week, we had the pleasure of facilitating the “Who You Are Is How You Lead” workshop for the femella association in Zurich. Together, we explored:
- What is personality?
- How does the Hogan Assessments measure it?
- How does personality shape leadership style?
We kicked off with an insightful presentation on personality and the Leadership Versatility Index Model, setting the stage for deeper self-awareness in leadership. Throughout the workshop, participants engaged in an interactive role-play exercise, translating theory into practice. The session wrapped up with personalized Hogan Assessments Insight feedback from Florian Franzen, Nicole Neubauer, and Constance Tournier, sparking valuable reflections.
At the heart of leadership growth is strategic self-awareness—because great leadership starts with making behaviors conscious!
