The Agile Leader Report reflects new leadership competencies: Humility/Engagement, Visionary/Adaptability, as well as hyper-awareness, informed decision-making, and rapid action. These competencies were identified based on a joint study conducted by IMD Business School and metaBeratung in 2016. Using the Hogan core assessments—HPI, HDS, and MVPI—the results for these competencies can be presented, providing candidates with insights into what matters in a rapidly changing environment.
