The Hogan 360 report is a 360-degree assessment which, based on an underlying leadership model, systematically examines 14 core competencies of a person from up to 5 different rater perspectives.

The survey consists of a total of 50 items, which can be supplemented by up to 20 additional items from 16 additional competencies if required. The survey also includes three open questions on strengths, development potential and overused strengths.

The analysis of the individual competencies is rounded off by a development plan, which can be drawn up and completed individually with the candidate during the feedback meeting following the assessment process.
