The LFS summary for line managers provides you with all the information on a manager's performance strengths, challenges and drivers in a clear and concise summary.
The evaluation is supplemented by specific recommendations for the (further) career development of the manager and also gives you tips on how you as a manager can provide active support.
A further component of the summary is a quantitative evaluation of all the dimensions measured, including the percentage rank values.
