The Hogan LFS Values Report is based on the Motives, Values Preferences Inventory (MVPI) and determines the values of people with leadership responsibility. It examines ten different dimensions and their impact on driving forces, organizational fit, leadership style and culture, and unconscious biases.
The report also provides development tips based on the person's specific assessment results.
