Constance Tournier

Junior Consultant

Constance Tournier is a Junior Consultant and Work & Organizational Psychologist at Personality Guidance AG. She is Hogan-certified and is the first point of contact for training at Personality Guidance. She is responsible for the planning, conception and coordination of the workshops, seminars and certifications. Constance is also involved in client projects related to selection consulting and regularly conducts Hogan assessment feedback sessions. With a Master's degree in Work Psychology and previous internships in Human Resources, she brings a well-rounded perspective that combines both theoretical expertise and hands-on experience.

Education & Career

After completing her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of Groningen (Netherlands), Constance obtained a Master’s degree in Work and Organizational Psychology from the University of Neuchâtel (Switzerland). Between her undergraduate and graduate studies, she gained valuable experience through internships in Human Resources at both a non-profit organization (GAVI) in Geneva and a private company (Caran d’Ache). During these internships, she contributed to HR projects focused on enhancing the objectivity of recruitment processes. These experiences further deepened her interest in personnel selection, leadership, personal development, and personality assessment.
