Florian Franzen holds a Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management from the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne, a certification in Strategic Workforce Planning from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and in Strategic Workforce Planning from the Human Capital Institute. He also completed the INSEAD powered Cargill Leadership Program CATALYST with distinction. In his career to date, Florian Franzen has worked in global, multi-functional HR (strategy, operations & projects) and services/product sales (B2B & B2C) in private and public companies. He has lived in Canada, the USA, France and the Netherlands. In 2022 he founded his own consulting and coaching company in Switzerland and has been working as a freelancer for Personality Guidance since 2023.
