Nicole Neubauer is managing director and owner of Personality Guidance. She is responsible for the company’s strategy and business development in Switzerland. She is also the contact person for clients and the network of partners working for Personality Guidance. She brings 28 years of professional experience in consulting, personal support of key clients and the definition and implementation of corporate strategies.

Education & Career

Nicole Neubauer started her professional career with training as a foreign language assistant director at the Academy for Business and Administration in Bad Waldliesborn. She then worked as assistant to the managing director of UFA film and television production. After a move to Accenture, she discovered her passion for HR and personnel development topics at Booz Allen Hamilton. Subsequently, she founded metaBeratung in Germany and Personality Guidance in Switzerland. As Managing Director, Nicole Neubauer now works closely with business partners such as Hogan Assessment Systems and IMD Business School, clients and service providers.
