Guided onboarding
Onboarding processes make the first days and weeks easier for you and your new employer. There is often a lack of understanding of the systemic relationships in the new work environment. During this time, it is important to critically examine your own actions. Our 4-phase coaching plan for successful onboarding will help your new manager navigate this phase with confidence.

How to achieve integration and successful onboarding
As part of the onboarding coaching process, a certified coach is available to the new manager as an experienced sounding board during the first 100 days at the company. The coach helps the new manager to quickly identify all the important aspects of his or her new role and to develop and implement targeted solutions.
Phase 1: Orientation
During this initial phase, you will get to know your colleagues and your team. Orientation sessions and one-on-one meetings with colleagues and managers will give you a deeper insight into the organization. At the same time, you will build your network.
Phase 2: Defining Goals
In this phase, the goals are defined. These can be company goals, employee goals, or personal goals. Goals should be specific, measurable, challenging, but achievable.
Phase 3: Implementing goals
During this operational phase, it is important that all stakeholders are appropriately informed and involved. Plan time and resources. Develop and test your leadership style. Be flexible and willing to make adjustments.
Phase 4: Reflexion
In this review, reflect on what went well and what could have been changed. How did I interact with stakeholders? How did I perform as a manager? What did I learn? What processes need to be adjusted?

Unleash your full potential
After having done a personality assessment, we usually work out two to three development goals with the candidate in a feedback meeting. These development goals can then be worked on as part of a 4-6 month coaching process with the candidate and our coach. This is just one of many ways of translating the insights from the assessments into behavioural changes.
We would be happy to introduce you to our other coaching services.
