The Leadership Versatility Index (LVI) team report aggregates the LVI results of the individual managers (max. 15 people) into a team result and provides information on which behaviors are shown “too much”, “just right” or “too little” in the team.
In addition, this evaluation provides you with specific information on potential areas of development for the team, allowing you to derive, define and jointly plan further measures and steps.
The LVI Team Report provides an excellent basis for conducting team workshops and is only available with prior LVI certification.
