Create the conditions for effective teamwork
The Hogan Team Report is based on the three Hogan Assessments HPI,HDS and MVPI and aggregates the individual results of all team members into a team result.
The report looks at which team member occupies which of the five key team roles, with the aim of avoiding leadership gaps and maximizing potential. It also contains information on possible stumbling blocks that could jeopardize joint success as well as on values and drivers in order to make “team anchors” visible.
