The Leadership Versatility Index (LVI) is a 360-degree assessment that measures the versatility of leaders (consisting of 12 core competencies) on two complementary pairs of leadership dimensions: Assertive & Enabling and Strategic & Operational.
The survey consists of a total of 48 items and can be supplemented with open-ended questions if desired. The scale of the LVI survey ranges from -4 for “too little” demonstrated behavior, to 0 for “just right” demonstrated behavior, to +4 for “too much” demonstrated behavior.This results in a pie chart from which it is easy to see which skills/behaviors were assessed and how.
